We are a regional social housing contractor, offering a range of property maintenance services within South West England, Wales. We have worked as social housing contractors since the early 1990s, when we were successfully awarded our first social housing services contract.
Throughout the 1990s and to the present day, we have continued to develop our services partnerships.
Social Housing Maintenance
Our Social Housing Maintenance Division provides property maintenance, servicing and repairs including general property services and specialist repairs such as central heating.
We provide social housing services to several Registered Social Landlords and social housing providers including housing associations and local authorities with ‘social housing’ contracts, delivered by a workforce of directly employed engineers based locally from our Regional Office.
Through partnerships, people and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, we provide bespoke and effective client solutions. Our expertise and specialist market knowledge sets us apart from other social housing contractors and results in excellent levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Our aim is to provide uncompromising standards of work and customer service, using a “right first time” approach and using initiatives such as vehicle tracking, remote electronic working and strong supplier partnerships. All social housing services are undertaken with a strong emphasis on health and safety, and we are also committed to positive environmental and sustainable working practices.
