Landlords gas safety and breakdown package
By law, landlords must ensure gas appliances in properties they let are tested and certified for safety every 12 months. Landlords should also hold a landlords gas safety certificate, also known as a CP12, as evidence that the appliances have been checked and are safe for use.
IGS can complete all the safety checks and inspections and will accurately record the findings on the Landlord/Homeowner Gas Safety Record. We offer a bespoke landlords gas safety package which is available to private landlords within the South West of England, and South Wales, which includes the annual safety inspection and issue of a landlords gas safety certificate. (This is currently under review and we will update the website as soon as it is in place.)

- We specialise in non-domestic and domestic gas installations.
- We offer service contracts for our larger Clients covering the boiler and associated systems to include an annual gas appliance service and priority breakdown response.
